On the subject of baking ;-) I want to bake a fruit cake ;-) raisins, currants, sultanas, and cherries ;-) just like my Mum used to bake <3 but cannot remember whether it was 8oz self raising flour and 4 oz of plain flour or 4oz self raising flour and 8 oz of plain flour :-S she used :-S
