Things to do with baggy knitted knickers:-

a) use them as bags to collect foraged food

b) wave them at passing ships if we want to be rescued

c) put stones in them to use as slings to bring down prey

d) strain milk through them to make cheese

e) use them as towels, face cloths, tea towels ............ etc.
