Researching:
I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. I am also researching the Clusker family from Co. Meath in Ireland who moved to West Lothian and from there to Fife............"Vita non est vivere sed valere vita est"

Emma - I always do my weekly shop online when the weather is not looking to good. If anyone had told me 50+ years ago, that one day, I would sit at home and do my shopping on a machine connected by a phone line to a digital supermarket - I would have burst my sides laughing and asked them what was in the cigarette they were smoking :-D

that we can do that in the comfort of our own home :-D

His sense of humour Fly only appears now and again,
he has his moments...tells me I'm the clown and I keep
him amused, worth the 7/6d I paid for marriage licence
and he's been paying ever since....dry humour or what :-D

When we get these severe frosts, drivers do have to be careful, especially if there has been some rain just before the frost or if there is a flurry of snow before the frost thaws, both can produce treacherous driving conditions - something I don't experience these days as I had to give up driving 4 years ago.

My OH does the driving cause I gave up due to RA
getting worse, I have wheelchair and mobility scooter
but wouldn't use them in those conditions.

When I gave up driving I stopped using a wheelchair and got myself a mobility scooter - without my scooter I may as well lock the front door and throw away the key.
