OK ...WHO COOKS?

I want to roast a joint of pork that would normally take about 2 hours on 190c fan oven, slower for about 4 and a half to 5 hours. I am using an enamel dome lidded roasting dish.

What temperature?

Never used one Jem at a guess 150 for doing it slow :-)

I have put it in at 100 cos I was scared of it being ready to soon. I thought about 150 would be right.

I will start off slow, and increase the heat if I think I need to.
