	But it does mean that none of my clothes fit :-D :-D :-D :-D But thanks GinN :-) <3 I'm back to sensible eating now! It was the drinking too! I hadn't drank for years really, and started to enjoy a glass or two (or three :-S) of wine, while enjoying the fun on here!!! :-D :-D :-D

	It's a fact of middle age I'm afraid jem (though I am a little past that now!) :-D ;-) I can lose weight on the 5:2 diet, then it all goes haywire when I go on holiday (frequent occurence!) so I have to start again :-D :-D But as Mersey says - it doesn't mean you're not gorgeous :-D :-D ;-) <3

	No it's not fair GinN :-( It was easier to maintain when I was running my slimming business. I am not as active as I once was either. Virtual life doesn't burn up as many calories as walking! ;-) :-D :-D

	You have my sympathy, Jem - watching your wieght is a right pain! :-( :-( We shouldn't have to have this constant struggle, should we :-) ;-) I only bake for others - don't eat the results myself (well, only a tiny nibble of a scone!) :-D :-D ;-) ;-)

	BAKING? ..... OOH NOOOOO :-( I have regained all the weight I lost for my niece's wedding in May :-0 :-0 :-0 The doctor reduced my thyroxine by 2/3rds since the change, and now my weight is going erratic :-(
