	My Nan had a washboard ..... and a dolly tub ..........she still possed her knickers when she was in her 80's ........... .........but we mustn't digress :-D :-D :-D ;-) ;-) ;-)

	From The Black Diamonds Webpage (a skiffle band) Washboard Using metal thimbles on the ends of your fingers and scraping them up and down the corrugations produces a rhythmic rattle, like a drum kit. Add saucepan lids, bells and squeaky toys and you've got a percussion set and, its very easy to play and great fun. I've seen some very weird bits and pieces bolted onto the frames and they are a great sound! SKIFFLE MUSIC http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skiffle

	No, Mersey - possing is pushing things around and up and down in a tub with a poss stick :-D :-D :-D Then you could put things through a mangle afterwards :-D :-D ;-) ;-) Oh, things were so much easier in the good old days before we had automatics! :-D :-D :-D :-D ;-) ;-) ;-)
