	Hello Fly and barb, :-D :-D <3 <3 Everything seemed to go well, she was so efficient and so business like. She took photos and a walk through video, I was very impressed. :-) After she had finished measuring the rooms and taking her photos she actually said I should get above the average asking price as apartments in this area move extremely quickly. I should have her estimate by Monday, so excited :-D I truly think I have had enough with the noise, having to pay excessive residents parking fees, large council tax and so on. :-( :-(

	All sounds really good Sammi, but dont forget she may have told you that so you will sign up with her. Why not get another Agency to come as well You can tell me to mind my own business if you like :-D :-D

	Oh I am Barb, have two more next week. Unfortunately as father says, I should use a local agent as they have clients on their books looking in this area. I have been looking on line at what apartments bring on this turning, most interesting. :-D :-D :-D
