Had a chicken salad with a glass of white wine, and cheese cake with ice cream . :-D :-D

I don't eat a lot of red meat...but sometimes it's nice for a change..it was like cutting butter..very tasty :-D

Very hot Sam...am lying on bed watching tv with the window open trying to catch what little breeze there is.

My daughter is in Chester City tonight along with several other teachers for a leaving celebration and she says there is just no air in the pubs and everyone is spilling out onto the pavements...hope the restraunt has air con. :-0
