Island like you I didn't want to lose my discount. I persevered for three days and then wrote to them. I haven't had a reply from them but I'm sure they must be very busy dealing with all the complaints. Thank goodness I have Ancestry. My upgrade was a birthday present from a friend so a bit of a waste of a prezzie really. |

TS, I renewed on March 11th, the preview was inaccessible at that point. I hadn't up until then been unduly phased by any website changes so subbed up so that I didn't lose my discount. I never expected the utter mess and user unfriendliness that I logged onto last week. |

Five days ago not only did I renew but I upgraded to their world subscription. Big mistake. A senior moment I think. I should have read the reviews first. I get totally lost when searching and very frustrated as it is soooooo slow. |

I had first subscribed a year ago, but never got around to using it. I decided to renew this year, and the first time I tried to use it I was told I needed a certain number (I forget what) of credits to see what I wanted to see. I didn't see why I should have to pay more, so haven't visited again. Maybe I will try again sometime. |
