Had been trying to get the hang of the new site, but you either get far too many hits, or spend forever searching through the record sets and collection to apply filters. Everything takes so long to load, and often times out in the end. |

It is such hard work! I don't know how newcomers to family history will cope with this - it is much too complicated and will not lead them into deeper research. ( I was going top say 'lead them on' but realised we were all being that!) |

Not a member any more but it used to be a comfortable place to search. You mean it was a worse make over than the last GR one? Maybe it is the same programmers. |
