Afternoon all, and hello to our intrepid traveller. Sounds as if you are having a great time giN. Enjoy the rest of your holiday and send some of that heat here.

It is really cold here today, feels icy out and the rain is almost sleet. We did go into town and it stayed dry, I had a chiropodist appointment. had a voucher (£5) for M&S and managed to get a reduced heavy cotton sweater and a reduced long sleeved T shirt, cost (after voucher taken off) £16 for the two. I thought that was good value.
We then went and had a fish and chip lunch in a restaurant over a chippy, a very old black and white building near gloucester cathedral. We both had cod, chips and mushy peas plus a glass of red wine.

Came back and spent half an hour clearing pots away from the fence that is being replaced tomorrow and Friday.

Hi Mersey, yes all went ok at the dentist it was the second side deep clean so 3 or 4 injections, otherwise I didn't feel anything and I was only in there 10 minutes.

Yes the fish and chips were delish Mmm!!! Had to leave a few chips though as it was a ginormous portion. :-D
