Even though we were prepared it is so terribly sad. Such a lovely person and I remember when she used to chat about her US holidays when she visited for months at a time, she loved it there in the sun.

My sincere condolences to her husband and to her family. <3 <3 Rest in Peace Marilyn.

Marilyn, you will be missed by your good friends on the Friendlies Thread. The laughter and fun we had every day, even when you were in America, giving us daily updates on what was occuring.
The number of times you offered to put us in your trunks and take us with you. The times when we camped out in your garden when you and Pete were away,
The bridemaids dresses we were to have at Sue's wedding, all colours of the rainbow.
The midnight chats with Shelly, whilst we were all in bed. Shelly being our little night owl, keeping tracks on you.
Thank you for being such a wonderful, caring lady, we will miss you more than words can say.
Rest in Peace my love, no more pain.
My heartfelt condolences to Pete and the family, and Marilyns twin sister.
