Good morning Mersey hope all is well with you <3 Its a bright sunny morning here, I have finished all my chores, and now going to do my Salisbury shop on line.

I forgot to mention that I had a fall at keep fir on Wednesday, I tripped over the strap on the bag holding the floor mats. Picture the scene, I slid across the floor just like Torvill and Dean skating the Bolero, :-D :-D I got up quicker than I went down. :-D :-D

I've heard from GP - the consultant and physio are both pleased with his progress, and they will try him with stairs this afternoon! He'll be out in no time at this rate. He didn't sleep very well, because the ward was so hot - why on earth do they keep them like that?!

Good news on GP, it was the same with me, like
GP I did what I was told and did my exercises on
and off through the day while sitting or lying in bed.
My ward was the same one night I had to ask for
an extra blanket as it was cold and the next night we were
all too hot, they never get it just so

Went out for a walk and a push for a short while this morning after the plumber had worked his magic.
