Good morning Mersey and everyone, Hugs to all those poorly people hoping you will be better soon.

The sun is shining but it seems to have brought out a plague of road works in this area its a nightmare, plus the council are felling trees and re- tarmacking the footpaths in my street, its like an assault course driving, but it will look very nice when its finished.

Just back from Yoga feeling good.
