Good afternoon all,Welcome to a very very wet and windy Channel Coast, Its B hissing down and has been all day.Hope you,ve got your shopping done and ready for the Big Day.Just finished cooing the Gammon,(and of course had a sample taste )washed down with a couple of glugs,Quite nice,If you have to go out into the Mad Shopping Fight take an Umbrella with a sharp spike (Just to move people on or make space for yourself :-D.Other than that, Have a good day and Happy Christmas to All of you. :-D :-D :-D.Oh and Mersey, :-D Don,t forget to Jingle those Bells. ;-) ;-) |

Afternoon GiNs, glad you survived. :-D Try this for stuffing.(Its Quite Nice).Get a Sage and onion Paxo, then Dice up and slightly fry a few shallots, Add to Mix.then add Half a Jar of Apple Sauce and the same with Cranberries,Mix it all up adding Red Wine as Required.Rest it for Half an Hour,Then put in a greased pan and cook. :-D "Too nice to stuff the Bird with" whilst its cooking consume the rest of the wine. :-D :-D :-D :-D. ;-) |
