We were born on the same day the midwife delivered her, promptly jumped on her bike and rode over to deliver me :-D :-D :-D Then off for lunch with another girl friend, so lots of girlie chatter will be the order of the day.

It's overcast and cold and rain is expected later in Tyne & Wear.

I had my diabetic check-up yesterday and everything went well and I'm waiting for the results of the blood tests.

Will be visiting the doctor at 11.30am to discus a knee replacement. I've decided it has to be done.
