Mersey - You will have to put on a black and white striped shirt and support Newcastle United. I really support Gateshead who are doing very well at the moment but I follow both teams. ;-) :-D

Forgot about the clocks going back and got up at 5.50, so I had a few cuppas and then popped back for me extra hour ;-)

The storm is brewing down here and I've been nervously watching some very tall elm trees swaying about on the boundary at the bottom of my garden. They are on the land of a private school and I've been complaining to the school about them on and off for years, but they've refused to do anything about them. A few years ago one of them came down in next door's garden during heavy gales and knocked down one of our neighbours' tall trees, part of which fell into our garden and did a lot of damage.
