Yesterday morning Fred, who, as I am sure you know, gets his mucking firds wuddled, was shouting up the stairs, demanding I throw him down some savoury. I just chucked dirty washing at him, that shut him up!

Good morning Mersey <3 Good morning everyone. Lovely sunny morning here. We have prepared lunch and now going to the garden centre for more wall flowers. After a absolutely wonderful holiday I came back full of vim and vigour, I have now succumbed to a horrible head cold and a cold sore on my lip :-( not a good look with my super tan.

OH is a footy nut and wasn't very pleased when my son chose rugby at school and later in a local team. He used to come home with cuts and bruises and allsorts bandaged up and he loved it.
