Ann - in that case, I'm certainly looking forward to tomorrow! I felt fine yesterday, but it's hit me today. I'm so tired, but can't sleep! :-(

The secret is to rigidly stick to normal bed time, no matter how tired that you feel do not give in and go to bed early.your body needs to adjust its clock. And don't sleep during the day

That's exactly what I've been doing, Ann, but found that I couldn't go to sleep until after 3am! Never mind, roll on tomorrow! :-D :-D

I've had a very busy day and have just returned home and its raining.
I think I will make a bacon sandwich smothered in HP sauce with a cup of tea.

We've had rain ever since we got back - makes heavy weather of the post holiday washing! :-(
GP - they probably will show the North East, particularly South Shields. I do have one or two in my tree from there, but only distant cousins. Looks like she had ancestors in Canada - interesting! :-D :-D
