That's the streets of London sung by Ralph Mc Tell I remember that one well as I was working in Edgware Road, London when I first heard it and it reminded me of an old bag lady who used to sleep on a bench in Hyde Park.

Me too, I learnt loads of those songs from my Old Dad. Another of his favourites, My old man said follow the van and don't dilly dally on the way :-D
