Good morning Mersey and everyone. I have been up early this morning done a few essential chores, and made dinner in the slow cooker for this evening.

Rest day for Squats, now reaching 190, and 60 second Plank challenge, I think the Plank will be more of a challenge as I progress. Keep fit this afternoon.

I just popped in and thought no-one had started a thread, then found you on page 2.

Coooeee it's only me. I feel dreadful today. Had a really bad night too. I have done my weekly shop, all put away and made lunch. That's it, I'm all done in.

Called in the dentist on my way back cuz the pain is oooohhhhhhh! They can take it out tomorrow but I wouldn't have my plate back until Tuesday. No way could I go that long. If I wait till Monday 9am I would get plate back on Tuesday. I can hide in the cupboard for 24 hours and I am taking Ibuprofen.

Now all of you really wanted to know that didn't you. It's ok you're welcome.

I only rambled to get us back on page 1 :-D :-D :-D

Barbs get rid babes, it's the one pain I can't stand.

I would get it out tomorrow and then wear a scarf

If I have another night like the last one I shall have to. It's the needle. But am thinking it's only for a second or two innit :-( :-(

Quietest day so far but nice to know everyone is having time out :-D :-D

Barbs maybe that's why I would rather be pain free
needles don't bother me and as you say it's only for
a second.
My friend suffered for years day and night with toothache
and no matter what anyone said she wouldn't go to the
dentist till she had no choice. She used to sit with hot water
bottle on her face to ease the pain saying she was petrified
of the dentist. Couldn't understand how she could put up with
so much pain.
By the way I visit my dentist every six months and recently got
a tooth out first one in years, I am also afraid of the dentist, come
Out in a sweat even for a check up :-)

But it's so embarrassing. The last time was for a clean and I just sat in the chair and I shook so much she sent me home. There's me saying " Sorry sorry, I bet I'm the worst patient you've got " then she looked at me laughing and said I wasn't. Just to make me feel better I bet. :-D

Well my daughter and yourself would get on fine :-)

Only thing she couldn't care if she embarrasses herself :-D :-D
