My cough is much better than you for asking, still a bit breathless though, hopefully the antibiotics are working. I feel so YUK, but have just done day 9 of the Squat Challenge (100 squats)I can't believe it will be the last day of May tomorrow :-(

My poor Nan is in a care home and the ceiling began to leak, we all had to rally round and move her , poor thing does not know what day it is....she was so confused but we now have her settled with her feet up singing to Dean Martin :-D :-D <3

It was good you were on hand Mersey to help out your Nan and what nicer way way to spend an afternoon all relaxed with Dean.

I have spent a lovely day with my bestest fwend and her first g.daughter, just a year old. Lovely lunch and bit of a spend.

All done in now and sat sitting here to troll around the boards for a bit.

Errol, hows your research going today ? Eaten much? By the way, so sorry to hear you've got a doppleganger. I hear vaseline is very good.
