Looking at the link to the Telegraph article re the Press Complaints Commission I was amazed that there is a 'link' to click on that is showing not only the one photo that was seen on here - but two !

Frankly its pathetic. He,s just a young man enjoying himself as they do. If it were some one other than a Royal it would,nt even be mentioned, its just some scroat hoping to get a lot of money selling the picture to the press (The Papparazzi) trying to do to him what they did to his mother.just shows how low people can go to earn a little fame (Not) **M**.

The sad thing is that it appears to have been somebody at the party, I assumed it was an American but there is mention in the paper about a male group from (I think) Southend who were there and who actually spoke to the paper about the 'fun' they had with Harry swimming etc. Although one person asked what went on said he was not talking about it to the press. So it may have been somebody who is British and cashing in on it. Pity his security people didn't ban phones/cameras being used. But he is just a lad having fun, no harm in him at all. I did hope thought that when the protection officer was in the jacuzzi with him there was another one nearby fully clothed - and armed. Nowhere to hide a pistol in a jacuzzi in a swimsuit.

edit:
I see whoever took the photo got £10000 for it.

Maybe The Royal Family will take a leaf out of the W.I's book, and bring out a Calendar.
All done in the best possible taste of course.

As long as it was only the young Royals, I would buy one!

It could raise loads of money for Charity.

Press the Red Button to select another photo.

And in other news, aliens on Mars have sent back the US Satellite with a fine notification for fly-tipping.

I like Prince Harry and I am a great supporter of Princess William and Kate I think they are just the breathe of fresh air the Royal family has lacked, their fun good looking and the most for me being a simple working class gal they are grafters.
I wish the media would just leave them alone, havent they learnt their lesson ....37 yrs of age 2 young sons ...say no more.

I read a status on FB last night to me it summed it up just beautiflly...

** If Prince Harry was king and Boris was prime minister living in the UK would be like living through episodes of Black Adder ** ;-) ;-)

Personally I think it's much less shocking than 'Camillagate'.

He's a lad letting his hair down and he's going to be spoken to, no doubt, by family and his unit

The newspaper that published is and always has been gutter press, says it all.

I think that he should be more careful of the company he keeps.

all youngsters let their hair down and enjoy life, at times

its the toe rags that "happen" to be there and betray trust by publishing photos of these moments

Bob

many royals have had their indiscretions......and are fair game to the media.......

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 24 Aug 2012 11:42

I have no problem with him having a private party, have no problem with nudity although I always feel the human body is more attractive clothed (especially in a uniform - Harry take note!) :-D

But, As a prominent member of the Royal family I do wonder if his protection officers were a little lax, the company was obviously not vetted and Prince Harry had only just met the girls he let into his room. What a good job one of them was not violently anti establishment and or looking for notoriety. If the protection officers were enjoying themselves so much and were not alert, anything could have happened. thank goodness it was only a camera that was pointed at him.

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 24 Aug 2012 12:28

i suspect that is a condition of his service, that he has time off for official appearances. But, yes I see where you are coming from.

Rambling Report 24 Aug 2012 12:37

I don't think I'd want to swap having the 'privileges' of being a Royal representing the Queen at the Olympics etc, for having my every move being scrutinised at the end of a camera zoom... I doubt many of the soldiers he serves with would swap either.

'Serving your Queen and country', isn't that what a soldier does? if part of that for Harry involves representing his Queen and country nationally or internationally at events, I don't think it makes the 'service' any less valid.
