Hayley I fell over on Sunday lol.I was out with 3 grandkids and the dog in the woods.It was soooo muddy and the dog (a yorkie) pulled me and i skidded and slipped and ended up face down in a muddy puddle.Grandaughter aged 18 took a photo of me and could barley breathe.She then stuck it on facebook.I had to walk home covered from head to foot in mud and had to keep crossing the road so no-one saw me.At least you diid not have the mud.Hope you dont get a scabby knee.
