As i said in my earlier post, I did think about going but due to a late night and it being a 5 hour round trip i did not make it,
I never actually said anything about going myself but that's how i am,
I like to surprise people,
Sounds like every one had a good time so i may just gate crash the London meet next month ;-)

pmsl @ island and the red flannels.

Ann the wheelchair has been returned ;-) and yes it certainly did raise a smile and the spirits. It was well needed as Wend can comfirm, it's a shame I had to return to the hassle.

I have a glorious bruise on my knee where I tripped over the fire hearth in the pub......teach me to go out and have smoke breaks.

It really was great to put faces to a few names, and yes I would reconize everybody again (even with the alcohol intake ) I think I caught up with the whole of last years quota and the best part on next years also :-D no more alchol for me for awhile t'is that Wend a leading me into bad ways :-D :-D :-D :-D

Porkie_Pie Report 27 Feb 2012 19:17

Island, I will be the good looking one propping up the bar :-D as at my age i don't like to have far to walk to get to my next drink plus i tend to spill when going round corners to fast ;-)

being a tight yorkshireman i have to get the most out of every Penny :-D

Doesn't sound like Porky will be getting a round in then!! ;-)

Porkie_Pie

Porkie_Pie Report 27 Feb 2012 19:34

Prickly, I always get my round in,

Not my fault i always seem to be at the back of the queue, or at the toilet, and with 15 people in the round most people are a sleep by the time its my turn so i always end up only buying for the die hards eg 15 in the round only 5 left standing = happy yorkshireman ;-)
