Julia Lol!!!

I have had a reply to my complaint about the constant RRs and it is not a stereotyped one. I am told that if the same person constantly RRs posts that are not abusive they will be warned by e mail. They say to e mail them again if the problem seems to continue as they do not have the mechanism to constantly monitor posts. :-)

Aaaaaa that's interesting Ann.....

Thanks for that x

Julia Report 22 Feb 2012 12:54

Yes Ann, as Muffy has said, very interesting. I just got the Bog Standard telling me that I had breached the T & C. Now it has been re-instated. I have looked at it. It was not the one I thought, about me have red and purple glasses. It was about me asking in a proper an civilised manner, if Supercrutch had got wind.
Now, will somebody please tell me, how on earth that is against T & C, because it is far beyond my comprehension, and for once in my life, I am totally dumbfounded.

Muffyxx Report 22 Feb 2012 12:58

I didn't and still haven't received any email either informing me of a break of the t and c's or informing me of the removal of the thread.

I can't imagine what prompted the RR...however I supposed GR must have felt it broke t and c's in some way...though I wish they'd tell me how as I can't guarantee I won't do the same again if I'm unaware of what the problem actually was lol.

There's no point in my contacting them as in the past all I receive are standardised replies...if any. x

Muffy, try contacting them again and see if they will reply. It may be that my e mail to them has alerted them to the problem.

Julia but if they reinstated it then it didn't breach T&Cs did it?

Have to say that Stray's thread on the suggestions board is very good. Hopefully it will attract atttention of 'the team'.

Julia Report 22 Feb 2012 13:41

Hello AnninGlos, I have posted this once, but it must have disappeared into the ether.
Yes your right, if it did not breach the T&C, then why reinstate it. So why was it RR'd in the first place, I wonder.

Has anyone whose been RRd for a fun thread had a
proper reason given for the content of their thread that
was so offensive?

I haven't heard a dicky bird....either about the initial supposed breach of t and c's that caused the RR or about the removal of the thread x

Julia Report 22 Feb 2012 18:29

Muffy, I have been through my re-instated post and the only two words that I mentioned were 'wind' and bowels'. Now we have all got them, so they are not a dirty or rude word. So, why was I RR'd. Told that my post was against the T & C, and then it was re-instared. Was it not against the T & C when it was re-instated still containing both words, if it was originally.
I am totally baffled both by the RR'd and GR.

Have a Good Night.
This is getting to me 'ead
So off till tomorrow.
