Matt was a worthy winner but Jorgie was good too. I think Matt had more passion in his Bolero while Jorgie was technically excellent, it was down to the choreography. And I thought the opera singers did nothing to enhamce the Bolero danced by Chris and Jane. (IMO)

Well done to Matt :-D :-D

Having said that I wouldn't have been unhappy if Jorgie had won. I felt a little sorry for Chico in his first routine but felt he made a wrong choice in which prior performance he chose. I would have preferred last weeks.

Right result tonight. Thought that Chico only deserved third place (not bad for a reserve).

It was close between Matthew and Jorgie, with Matthew just edging it as the all round skater/performer.

Enjoyed the who;e thing tonight, might even miss it.

Morning all

I enjoyed DOI last night and I think the right person on the night won. Chico really fancied himself last night. Also he nearly dropped his poor partner but when they were talking to Philip it was all about himself and forget all about nearly dropping her.

I thought Jorgie was brilliant and I really like her partner. I think I will miss this on a Sunday night now.

:-)

Denise I thought it was me. chico did do a lot of talking about himself didn't he? Although I think he was embarrassed at nearly dropping his partner. I think it was very close between Jorgie and Matthew but I am glad Matthew won. Yes Matt, Jorgie's partner is lovely isn't he? I will miss it too.

I enjoyed the show, I think it has been the best final ever. I couldn't decide until I watch Bolero. For me Jorgie was the best. I thought her interpretation was more flowing and expressive probably because, as she admitted, she had never seen T&D's performance in her life. I found Matt's performance too intense and disappointed that he won in favour of Jorgie. -jl
