I have just discovered that if IE8 is in compatibility view you cannot see the emoticons. However if it is switched off then you can.

I wonder if everyone who cannot put up a picture because the button is missing is viewing in IE8 with compatibility view on.

If so if you switch it off then may be you can come over to the profile picture club :D

Im on chrome, got a mail from GR to change to firefox grr !

I'm on Chrome too,Mildred,I shall get really confused if I have to go on Firefolx! :S

Does anyone remember a couple of years ago when GR was suddenly too big for some members screens? GR kept telling everyone to change their settings, which of course worked but threw all other websites out of kilter! Eventually they owned up to tinkering and we didn't have to change anything because it was their problem!!!
I'm sticking with IE7, it works ok with everything else so I'm blowed if I'll make a special case for GR.

Anyway fellow greys, it's lovely to have a pointy shoed twin brother 'cos if I'm lucky he might give me a croggy on his souped up zimmer. LOL

Just tried Firefox, and can see the bits to click, but it keeps on telling me I need java & Adobe, re added those & the pesky box comes back up asking for them again. Tried to save another change & it brought me back to the error page again. :P

Back on faster chrome again, dont and wont change so there :-( :P

So the profile picture is a bloke, I take it is a back view and if so I wonder where he went to get his hair cut? My pics of him have a decidedly angled line where the two greys meet...

Are these pics clones or clowns?

Island, I was a very well brought up gel and still am (as you know!) and don't recall having a 'croggy' with the likes of Merlin or any other young gentlemen in my yoof ;-)

Isn't it looking cheerful on here this evening. Given us all a bit of a much-needed 'lift' I think :-)

I am on IE 7 (I think) and got my pic up but couldnt see the emoticons. I changed to firefox and could see them so have noted down what the cryptic things mean on IE7 as I prefer it.
