	You have to say 21.23 GMT Sylvia. 9.23 pm is correct for most of us here in UK, but confusing for some (especially if I've had a couple - message to Wend - try and keep up!) Enjoy your lunch, btw, I've just had my dinner!!

	But 21:23 GMT confuses me I have to translate it to single digits, by taking away 12! I just look at the time on my computer screen, and add 8. NOW you want me to add 12 to that as well aaaaaaarrrrrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhhhhhh 2:09 PM PST 10:09 GMT 22:09 GMT lol!! sylvia xxx

	Apparently UTC replaced GMT in 1972 - not that long ago! It means Coordinated Universal Time - isn't that just obvious -!! Basically, it is more precise by fractions of a second. Wend x 20.20 GMT!

	IGP I do not know of anyone outside the UK who asked for the change to be made. All the ones I know are dead against it! As far as I know, that is the excuse that GR is giving ....... they posted it in repsonse to one of my questions on facebook. from someone who lives outside the UK 12:26pm PST 8:26 pm GMT (sorry, don't use UTC) 20:26 GMT sylvia
