Hello David, a film called Julia or Ambidexterity?

PricklyHolly

PricklyHolly Report 17 Mar 2011 19:05

I bin sat here now for nearly two hours!! And since no one else has bothered to turn up for the Riverdance practise at 5pm.....not even that Merlin Flatley, Island McBride or Fiddlin Robin........i am going to have to take matters into my own hands and entertain Julia all by myself!! Tch!

Just as well really cos me blistered feet are sat in a bowl of hot soapy water!

Here goes Julia.....just for you.......

There was a girl called Island
Who didn't know how to dance
The only thing that she could do
Was knees up Mother Brown

Oh, knees up Mother Brown
Knees up Mother Brown
Knees up, knees up, never let the breeze up,
Knees up Mother Brown

Oh, hopping on one foot
Hopping on one foot
Hopping, hopping, never stopping
Hopping on one foot

Oh, knees up Mother Brown
Knees up Mother Brown
Knees up, knees up, never let the breeze up,
Knees up Mother Brown

Oh, prancing up and down
Prancing up and down
Prancing, prancing, never dancing
Prancing up and down

Oh, knees up Mother Brown
Knees up Mother Brown
Knees up, knees up, never let the breeze up,
Knees up Mother Brown

And whirling round and round
Whirling round and round
Whirling, whirling, never twirling
Whirling round and round

Oh, knees up Mother Brown
Knees up Mother Brown
Knees up, knees up, never let the breeze up,
Knees up Mother Brown

Oh, knees up Mother Brown
Knees up Mother Brown
Knees up, knees up, never let the breeze up,
Knees up Mother Brown

Oh my, what a lovely song
What a lovely song
What a lovely song
Oh my, what a lovely song
And what a lovely singer
Too-oo-ooh

I lost my ambidexterity a long time ago, tho I thought it was called something else.

Good Morrow all~~~~~~~~~
Are we taking requests for dances, cause I
wouldn't mind an eightsome reel at some point.
As the dance teacher, is the eightsome
reel in your repertoire Prickles?
