The three B29's involved in the bombing in Horoshima during WW2 were named "Great Artist", "Enola Gay" and "Necessary Evil". "Great Artist" was also involved in the bombing of Nagasaki along with "Boxcar" and "Big Stink". "Enola Gay" was named after the pilots mother Enola Gay Tibbets. |
