Newbie butting in again. I live 20 mins drive from Peterborough. Glad you all had such a good time. I'm a childminder and a few of us had a meet there last Saturday. We caused a bit of a rumpus in the pub with the noise we made!!! You are all as mad as us on our childminding forum!!

Morningall..... ~~~~~~~ night night to Susan........ Morning Ann, and Julia, who are thread minding for the day shift, and hello Newbie Sue.... you would have been made welcome....

Tsk Susan... we did BEG you to come, so you will just have to be miserable about it, lolol ;¬))

Yes, it was a lovely day, brilliant company... well, even including Matt the Klingon, lol

Back to normality now, R getting ready for work, the sun is shining... R will have the race for the car any minute now.... Jethro thinks every day is *bring your Jethro to work* day... and then he will trot back in like a racehorse demanding his compensatory bowl of milk, lol Not R... Jethro, lol

The day looks as though it is going to be a good one!......

Have a brilliant day everyone, no matter how you choose to spend it.

Love

Daff xxx

Morning Daff, glad you all enjoyed yourselves, and got home safe. If I had gone, I would have stayed over, so that on Sunday I could have done some rellie hunting. My lot came from the Peterborough area, and I would have liked to have seen the extent of their lands, 100 acres at one time, much of which I now believe to be incorporated into Peterborough itself.
Not so bright and warm here today, so not sure what I will be doing. Possibly the dreaded H****work. Ha. Ha.
