Puss that sounds about right feel better than have done and then do too much, think we all do that.
I wasn't doing too bad but then yesterday went on a little journey with OH to collect some bits for his project from Essex! Even with the seat in his car carefully adjusted for me I got home with pains in my back. couldn't get comfortable in bed and when I did sleep had the weirdest dreams and kept waking. Feel like the living dead today and have been hobbling round like an old woman.

Jean I hate getting psoriasis where it shows, not been so bad with it being winter because I can cover up but with the spring hopefully on it's way I am well aware of how awful my elbows and knees look. I've also got a patch on my face which I'm kind of controlling. When I had my worst attack, as a student, I had it down both sides of my face and on my shoulders, arms and neck - my lovely brother said I looked like an alien from star trek. I found that I suddenly developed an aversion to the washing powder I'd been using for a while changing that helped me a bit and I'm trying using aloe vera gel to moisturise, it's not making it any worse so I hope it might actually help

I'm using eumovate on my face at the moment and it seems to fade it for a while. Its on the side where my hair is a bit thin, too.
