Just popped in to wish everyone a Happy Christmas and bright New Year.

Saw 'Miles' to-day in a Christmas pageant and he has had his hair cut. All of those curls have gone - and he looked really handsome. I hope he doesn't let it grow again to come back to Summer Bay.

Freezing here and cant get rid of the piles of snow.I'm seriuosly thinking about getting longjohns lol or maybe leggins under jeans.

I'm heading off now takes me ten minutes to get dressed...including wellies.Maybe I should put tinsel on them lol.

Yes, we had snow in southern NSW and Victoria this week - in Summer??

We've also had a few showers, which is not usual. The past few days have reached 28 - more like it for Christmas. Showers are forecast for Christmas Day but will probably be light enough not to worry anyone - only those who like to go to the beach.

The weather is 'unusual' all over the world. If it continues to change, in a few more generations, Aussies will be freezing at Christmas and you will all be going to the beach!

Keep warm and have a good Christmas.

I'm waiting on my hot water pipe thawing out :(( had no hot water in kitch for two days....luckily i have a dishe washer now.

Got a heater up in the attic hoping it will thaw out . Cant win you try and keep house cosy and the attic freezes.All the pipes are lagged too.

The new season started here this week and poor old Alf is still the suspect - but John's daughter has been mentioned. I have a terrible memory and although I rarely miss an episode, I'm darned if I can remember what happened to her. I remember her introducing herself to John, who knew nothing about her - and I remember her hanging around the beach - but where did she go?
Can anyone enlighten me? It seems that she might not have been John's daughter after all and could be another suspect.

I imagine Nicole and Ruby are supposed to be about eighteen but do look older.

Didnt johns daughter Have a fling with Miles & leave summer bay ? havent watched for a couple of days . will have to catch up . saw marilyn writing her good byes . hope its moved on from that !!
