I wish it would rain here - properly. It misses my area. We seem to be in a kind of trough, where we had a mighty storm about fifteen years ago - and only our area copped it. Since then, everywhere else gets the rain and flooding and we don't get it. I see on TV that Sydney has had a deluge - and also Penrith - and yet, I am in between them and I'm lucky to get a drizzle!....weird.

So Heath has finally proposed marriage - and Bianca was annoyed because he changed his mind about marriage!....Changed his mind???....Who better than Bianca would know what it's like to change their mind? Now, she has changed her mind again and accepted - but they're only engaged. Anything could happen - unless the writers leave them alone and do something about Brax. He's on his own again.....Poor Brax. I would love to console him!

Still waiting to see whose funeral the school attends. Gina?

Berona we don't get any hail here, it tends to blow out to sea. I think we are sheltered too, but get the strong winds and torrential rain. I don't think our back creek would flood in a million years.

Bianca, she's getting on my t***s. I can't take this backwards and forwards. It makes me dizzy like I'm on a roundabout. Her storyline is running out of puff too.

We have had a few nice days,frost in the am then sun later.
Been a bit drizzly today though.,still spring is round the corner.....some place lol.

There are a few new faces around.
That wee 'rat bag' Jett has just locked Romeo in a shed...hes out now though.
I remember Angelo,where did he go in the show? Mind like sieve lol.

My memory is dim about past stories, too. As I recall, it was Angelo who accidentally shot Martha's husband and he wasn't popular after that. I thought he transferred to the 'city', to write him out of the show. He does quite a good job of presenting X-Factor, so I don't think he'll be back in Summer Bay.
Another 'hunk' who was written out was Roman (blonde curly hair, broad shoulders) when he was forced by an old army buddy to do a hold-up - or something like that. I missed one episode and he was gone - so I never found out what happened. I assumed he went to gaol. However, he has been in 'Sea Patrol' and cuts quite a figure in that. It seems to have finished now, so I don't know what he is doing these days. I did see him in one of our 'underworld' series, but he didn't have much of a part in it.

Jet is meant to be 13, just started high school.

I think Angelo helped Martha and Hugo escape and then after police investigations and setting up his restaurant which he sold to Brax, he eventually formed a relationship with Nicole and went off to the city with her and her baby. I don't believe he will be back as he is busy with X-Factor duties.

I do miss Roman, another good actor. He's been appearing in an advert. lately, still as hunky as ever.

Yes, I believe you're right, Kim. I too, thought Jett was only 13. He grew up very quickly when he saw Indi in her wet bikini, though.

Brax is broken hearted, because the one he wants, doesn't want him. She loves him - but..... (another one who can't make up her mind).

So many story lines going back the years.

At the moment here, there is a run on cooking programs, and chefs are being presented as demi-gods. .I'm sure it is only some kind of competition between two of the commercial chanels.
Yesterday, I clicked onto the menu on my TV and on one chanel, it showed eight time-slots - five of which were cooking programs - either new or repeats.
I then clicked down on the next eight time-slots and there were three more of them!
I like looking at a cooking program - but there is a limit to how many I can watch!
A rival chanel doesn't have that many of them, but insists on giving us whole scenes of 'what's coming up next' - even if we only have to wait five minutes for the actual program to start. One of them is turning a cooking competition into a circus by piecing the competitor's comments together to mean nasty comments about each other - just to spice it up a bit.....

Marion - you will need to choose the right time to come to my place. Preferably same night as I get a grocery delivery - that's when I stock up on 'heat n eat' or 'oven ready' food. I rarely cook, but when I do, I make the same amount as I did when my family was at home (cook for six) and freeze five of them. I can't stand on my feet long enough to do all the preparations, so although I loved cooking, it's what I would regard as 'slap-dash' these days.
Still want to come?.... You won't need your coat. Our temps are still in the high 20's.

Of course, if Brax or Liam were coming for dinner - I would just have to put in the extra effort!!

Oh dear - now we look like we might have lost Liam!.......I'll be broken hearted if that happens.

Haha I loved the look on Tilda's face. She has been a real horror. Don't know what's going through Liam's mind atm. He's depressed for certain, but I hope he doesn't return to the drugs.

Poor Casey I'm hoping he'll have a last minute reprieve. I can't watch the cooking shows, home renovations or talent shows Berona. I'm sick to the eye teeth when our stations have nothing else to offer. I just put on one of my much watched DVDs.

Why is April so disorganised? She has a heavy bag over her shoulder and still has her arms full of books and folders. Nobody else on the Uni campus looks that overloaded.... and did I miss something? What course is Dex taking? I thought he was training to be a nurse.

Barbra with Bianca being a teacher and a reasonably intelligent woman, she is acting like a silly young fool with no common sense. They need their heads banging together.

Yay for Casey, but very sad times ahead. I won't give anything away. Yes I'm not sure about Tamara either, but she is being very supportive if not stubborn in some ways.

I've been away for a few days but I'll catch up tonight.

I was in Blackpool,went to a 70's show.It was really good and the three course meal was lovely.
The weather was good to us too, as it usually pours with rain down there.
Got snow and sleet here now though.

Now, it seems that we might be losing Romeo. He has melanoma and it is quite advanced so that may be a way of writing him out of the show - but just as he and Indi have started the gym! . In real life, the actor recently married the actress who played Ruby in a quiet wedding. Looks like their plans don't include H&A.
I hope we don't see Indi as a young widow.

Our weather is cooling down now. It's actually beautiful at the moment. Just a faint chill in the air in the early morning and late at night, with sunshine and temps now down to 24. If only it could be like this all year!
