I think it is good to share woes with strangers because they can show an objective perspective on difficult situations whereas with friends and family the subject can be too emotive and the way forward unclear and I wasn't having a dig only trying another angle

i asked people, if they had there bed under a window, not if they would like me to share my woes!!!

so what other angle were you trying to put on it??

Sorry Carole, whether or not you meant anything by it, it didn't read as 'another angle' to sharing your woes.

You see, Stray was simply talking about moving her bed around. She wasn't talking about her woes, or sharing them.

That comment simply came across as a hasty judgement....it said, 'aren't you lucky that's all you've got to worry about'

It isn't all Stray has to worry about, far from it.
