As there are a few newbies kicking around on the other boards - I thought maybe we ought to do an intro round.

I'm Jill. I call myself Mrs Grumpy because I live with Mr Grumpy (and he has the tea mug to prove it "Mr Grumpy lives here" it says). He is not that grumpy really - he makes me laugh every single day and I love him to bits. But, he has those moods occasionally - you know - those moods.

Anyway, I've been around these boards for some years. I talk to everyone and anyone (well there are about 5 people I tend to avoid but that's another story).

I like to have a laugh on the Chat Board and am happy to help out on the other boards.

I cannot take anything too seriously.

I do (occasionally) get annoyed, but not often.

Oh, and I have an ex-rescue dog who is a bit nutty.

For all newbies (Rach this is a serious thread!) Rach gives limited information! But she is cuddly and is probably a bit of a teddy bear as well!

Hi I'm Rambling Rose , I have been here 3 years , met lots of lovely people, found relatives, have a son, opinions , a sense of justice and love doing look ups for people.

I too talk to almost everyone on here ... and speak as I find :)

When I grow up I want to be able to keep my temper better :))

Lol if I were a newby I would be well confused by now.

As you can see I am Ann and I live in Gloucestershire. I have a lovely OH who doesn't mind ironing, two married children and five Grandchildren. I will be 70 this year and we also celebrate our Golden wedding in August, one of our Grandchildren will be 18 and one 21 so quite a year for us.
I use most of the boards but spend more time on Gen and Chat, probably mostly on Gen where I have 3 long running threads, one on scrapbooking, one a book club and one on bird life in the garden.

I want to travel the world be kind to animals and wear a nice tiarra...i dont tell ies and am very friendly and we have snow, I run my own very successful business selling display stuff, and I am very rich....and I used to date Gene Hunt.
