Would I be correct in assuming this trip will require hotel accomodation to be booked ???

I would love to come, but as the train journey needs 2 changes in London I am way too scared ............I panic and get lost anywhere beyond a 20 mile radius of home and could never in a million years psche myself up to travel that far on my own:(

It's looking like being a really lively meet......

My birthday is mid April.......and I'd quite like to do it fairly close to it......as social outings are likely to be somewhat limited by funds for the foreseeable future.....It'd be easier to justify if I say it's for my 40th lol.

If anyone has any dates they can't make (22nd March already noted) then please let me know......I'll try and work around as many as I can xx

Don't forget that Easter weekend is 4th April ( Easter Sunday) next year

Speaking for myself........I'd throw the door wide open and make sure I take plenty of buns with me LOLOLOL but I know others don't share my views......so I'm being little miss sensible ......ultimately the aim of the game is a fun and friendly meet ......and it's clear SOME wouldn't help that along.....so with reluctance I'd say it's not *all welcome* like it has been in previous years.......which is a shame...I'll leave it up to everyone else though ultimately......if they want an open door policy I'm happy to do it .xx

***everyone that has posted on here so far are more than welcome to come.........and I'm really looking forward to meeting new people.......that's what it's all about after all. FUN and friendship xx
