Ok Rach has said go ahead with 10th and she'll try and get hols

So we'll stick with 10th for now.......unless there are more who can't make that date then we'll rethink.

I want as many as poss to come so am happy to be as flexible as poss.......though I know that people will be starting to book time off.....so do let me know once it's a definate and we'll rubber stamp the date xx
