To those who think this is just a chat thread please read on..

Brian's former site has been deleted so with his permission am starting another.

The Hunger site was formed to focus on the internet a specific need ... the eradication of world hunger.
Also on this site are tabs for Breast Cancer, campaigning for free mammograms, Child Health (protection) World literacy promotion, Rainforest Support and Animal Rescue.

There is chronic hunger in the world and every day 24,000 die from hunger of related causes, 75% are children under the age of 5.
The food and the rest of the help is paid for by sponsors.
On average 220,000 visit this site each day and YOU could be one of them.

All you need to do is visit www.thehungersite.com and Click on the orange tab on the right hand side you will be donating cups of food FREE for the world's hungry.

Hi all
It' s a beautiful morning here with similar forecast for the next few days.
Hubby's off for a week next week, so although I'll be clicking and having a quick nosey I don't want him thinking I'm shiriking the ho*sew **k and on here all day.
It's too nice a day to do so today, let's hope we have a good week next week and get some things done in the garden.

hi sandie the cat is the reason i am up he wont stay asleep so it was easier to get up and get going .he is only 12 weeks broke his leg already .he is on cage rest which is not easy as he hates it

I'm sure it you give him enough TLC he'll be fine.
I had pup that broke his front leg, and used to bite off the plaster, resulting with him limping when it healed , but boy if he wanted to run there was not sign of a limp!!

Morning all~~

Hope each and every one of you are well :)

The weather here is the same as yesterday ...beautiful.

Glad Gizmo is a bit better Maz ( I thought it was a she cat not a tom...sorry )
I've done all my veg fresh from the garden, kidney beans , broad beans and peas.
We haven't picked kidney beans off our's this week, had 8lbs from dad's garden last week and 10lb this week, we're giving then to friends and neighbours not to waste them; they are my fav veg so I sometimes just have a plate of beans for my lunch: yummy
Hubby going to do a bit of weeding and then will do the potatoes, they stain my nails so badly ! so he's a sweety and does them when he's home, obviously I have to do them in the week if he's in work.
