Midwife has just been and brought all the things for home birth ,Rachel is going to have Olivia Mai at home saves her trying to find someone to have the children,but if nothing happens before shes going to get induced on sat and will be in hospital on the bank holiday,so fingers crossed she comes before

Joyce, Bank Holiday is next weekend not this one, the 31st August!

cant get in touch with Rachel Phil her partner has lost his phone,so now im worrying again,and today is,nt agood day for me mybe shes had Olivia Mai

Rachel has just phoned shes on her way with the children to meadowhall,Phil did,nt want her to go but midewife said she should carry on what she normal does,but she said she felt sick,midwife is coming in the morning to give her another sweep,i do hope this workds and she dos,nt have to wait till next sat to go into hospital to be induced,as its the bank holiday then,and Benjamin he,ll miss his mummy as hes only 3yrs old and Chloe is 8yrs old,so fingers crossed everyone please that Olivia Mai comes over the weekend

Oh dear, I thought that Olivia Mai would have arrived by now.
Lets hope that that she will arrive before next weekend, so that Rachel won't have to be induced.

Hope you will feel a bit better later on today, Dutch--it's probably because you are worrying and getting stressed. Please try to stay calm, I'm sure things will all turn out alright. Take care and look after yourself. Hope Jan is alright!

Joyce, please stop worrying and fretting, baby will come when she is ready. It is a bad day for you today so worrying is going to make you more stressed.

Lets all send big positive thoughts to little Olivia and tell her to please get a move on!!!!

Joyce, now will you rest? Your text has me worried, you must take more care of yourself and stop worrying about everyone, even Rachel. She will deliver Olivia Mai when little one is ready and you worrying and making yourself ill won't do anything to alter things.

Joyce Liz is right, you are going to have ALL US worrying about you and not Rachel. Take things calmly and rest as much as possible, although I know you won't. I'll speak to you this teatime as you know I am out this morning.

midwife has been and done asweep again but told Rachel she has to go to hospital to get the babys heart montior,and they might decide to induce her today,shes had to get two buses to the hospital as her partner is at work,so today could be the day,when i was talking to Rachel she said she knew it was going to be difficult baby ,but Oliva Mai is ok,its just the baby is suppose to move 10times aday,and as the baby was quite active but has now slowed done to moving 6 aday,will let you all no when i here something,.now i know i should,nt but im worrying about both of them

Hi Joyce,

Please try to stop worrying, the hospital are looking after Rachel and the baby, that's why she has to go to the hospital today so that they can monitor the baby's heart beat. If there is any problem with the baby they will then deliver her as quickly as possible.


Try not to worry too much, the midwives and doctors know what they are doing. We are all concerned that you are making yourself ill, so please look on the positive side--I'm sure that everything will turn out alright.

Hope all goes well so you can relax a bit more Joyce, this worry isn't doing you any good and then Rachel will be worrying about you as well as Olivia and the others.

Rachel is back from hospital as she having baby at home and has been in labour since 11.45 so its either tonight or early morning,i wont sleep tonight but waiting for the call that my 3rd g,grandchild has been born

Oh Joyce, bet you are on pins, but stop it, sit and have a nice cuppa and wait for the call. I am so pleased Olivia is on her way, and hoping Rachel will have an easier time than she thinks.
Sorry about this afternoon, you woke me from a deep sleep and I didn't know who it was at first, I feel awful now as you must have wanted to tell me about Rachel. I must have fallen back asleep straight off as I still had the phone in bed with me. Slept 6 hours solid so needed it.

Hi Caz ,dont worry its ok it was me i forgot again were one hour ahead will have to try and remember,im just going to write the cards out for Rachel and Phil congats and to my great granddaughter,well it will give me plenty of time for the 4th g.grandchild which is going to be aboy and her first baby ,so december i;ll whitling but not as much as i am with Rachel
