Eldrick

Eldrick Report 28 Jul 2009 18:07

There we go, back now from the village Emporium - a local shop for local people. I do love my monthly shopping trips to civilisation. Got a lovely brand new bri nylon tank top and a nice pair of worsted slacks for going to church in.

I'm thinking about opening an unwanted or abandoned puppy sanctuary, with the emphasis on golden labradors and spaniels with big eyes. I think there's a need for such a thing and, after all, they will suit perfectly with my new found pink and fluffy cuddly be nice to everyone image, don't you think?

Huge hugs for you for your sincere apology.

Now, do you promise the error of your ways will not be repeated?

a orphaned dogs home mmmmmm!........well I'm not dog walking or scooping that lot when I visit or you go off trucking or treking .:}}}}}}

Eldrick Report 28 Jul 2009 19:07

Yes, I promise most humbly and sincerely that I will be good now and only post or talk about personal dilemmas, hugs, positive thoughts, news items and hoax emails. And cyber farming - nearly forgot that one.

Kay - I was thinking about employing some homeless Moldogrovian orphaned adults to do the kennel work, so no worries there.

Muffyxx Report 28 Jul 2009 19:13

Eldrick.........you may find the cyber farming a tad controversial.....being a reformed character and all........you need to be aware that there are some who don't like it being discussed on here !!!

So I'd tread carefully in your hush puppies on that one if I were you :0)

Oops! Did I mention a taboo subject? I'll put that on my list for Sunday confession, then. It will be fine, I'm sure.

Hush puppies, Muffy? Hush puppies??????

Noooooooooo

Our Eldrick is walking barefoot over hot coals, so humble and sincere are his feelings of remorse and guilt!

Hush puppies?????Noooooo.... he is setting up a home for poor orphaned puppies... like the ones used in the shoe advert... oh, and the loo roll ads, as well... I mean, not all stay cute, do they... they might start dooh doohing places, or chewing those shoes... and they are banished from the hearth... thank goodness for people like the saintly Eldrick, who will take them in and give them a new lease of life.

Love and ((((((((((hugs)))))))))

I'll make them little beds out of recycled shopping trolley fabric. I'm really getting into this being nice thing. Good, isn't it?

Daff, I wouldn't have minded if she'd just stuck some paint on the end of the brush and started painting the walls pmsl

Eldrick, you've got to be at the top of the list for sainthood by now lmao

OK we have to have him canonised and find a good cause for him to be the patron saint to.

Suggestions please but do google first to see if there is a vacancy. There are some quite strange ones like:

Saint Hubert of Liege Patron Saint of Mad Dogs

St Dominic Savio Patron Saint of Juvenile Delinquents

and my favourite

St Gertrude of Nivelles Patron saint of the fear of mice (suriphobia)

Edit: we won't insist this is done posthumously

Eldrick could be as high as St Francis of Assisi,

He was a lover of all creations & Patron Saint of animals AND the environment .

So whats stopping another to help him ?
