re David, I know he has oodles (what a word!) of compassion...I am not such a lousy judge of character that I cannot see it coming through in so many of his replies

Haven't seen blancmange for some time, but this is so similar: Symingtons Table Cream.

I just love the strawberry flavour and, since no-one else in the house likes it, I get to eat the lot! It's about a million calories and worth every single one!

Did she really mean you David? If it's the same post I assumed (perhaps wrongly) that she had copied and pasted your post in the wrong part and she was referring to Sylvia's posts when demanding the apology.

If she was serious about you I can see why you are upset as you were responsible for Sylvia's post being removed in the first place.

Still, just wanted to clarify that she did say you weren't responsible for her leaving. I hate for you to get the blame and we all know how cute and cuddly you are :-)

I think I must've been a deprived child. I'm the only person I know who never had the blancmange bunny and jelly grass. I know it was m-i-l's speciality when ex was small and she has done it for my pair too. ours was just made in a glass dish and slapped into bowls for afters on a sunday.

Lesley Shimms most definately meant David. Shimms assumed that David was being unpleasant to Kerry because she didn't read his post properly. David was in fact saying that it was a shame that someone told Kerry about the posts on the support thread that would have upset her - Kerry hadn't read them she was told about them. At least I think that's what David was saying:)

No, Lesley - on her last thread when she was asking for instructions on how to remove herself, Jean told Shimmer she hoped she would apologise to me. Shimmer hoped I would apologise to Kerry. But thank you;)

Ahh Sue, I see. It's just one huge misunderstanding about what was posted then.

All Shimms needed to do was to do was explain that she had misread David's post, hence her strange post against David. She may still be feeling sore/defensive at (in my opinion) Sylvia's harsh words yesterday. I thought it was strange as we all know how cute and fluffy both Shimms and David are.
