lol Jac, tis true....trust me ;) honey produced by local bees from the local plants is said to be the best thing to take for hayfever.... got to be worth a try as I know too well it is utter misery .. |

I use honey (sorry for the mention again Maz lol) on cuts....they heal much faster, got the tip from a documentary about Medecine sans Frontieres....who use it in war zones etc , it sets over the wound keeping it sterile.... |

did someone mention trifle? I never like the sponge bit at the bottom...I used to like the ones my mum made when I was little , in my gran's cut glass dish.... but they had jelly and custard ...no sponge.... |
