They were born in Dhekelia, which later closed I believe.
We both lived in Famagusta.

Oh Mummo, congratulations ((((((((((((((huge hug)))))))))))))))))

Passes Mummo a double to celebrate!

Hi Barb, Helen

Limassol Barb, how lovely ... :)

Gwynne, you should put that on Success Stories, tis lovely. Oh you two must have been absolutely made up! I found my best friend from school on F's Reunited after 31 years ... have been to stay with her and she is still the same, such fun!

um ... Helen, I am honest. If it was Crete I'd be in Irapetra, tis beautiful. um .... chose Cyprus because I've never been there yet always wanted to.

Come on everyone, help yourselves to drinks and eats, where shall my villa be, you have more knowledge than me. :))

Barbara we were there 1980-1982, we lived on the outskirts of Limassol as well, in an army hiring. It was the best start anyone could of had to a marriage. did you ever go to the Bird's Nest at Akrotiri. We used to love eating there.

Oh yes Helen, we did, used to cost £1.00 for a full kebab, remember Kokkinelli......and also we were in Famagusta last year, its lovely there and Dhekelia Camp is still open Gwyn. My hubby was posted at Akrotiri and I worked in the education department.

Bless you Shimms, Here's a glass of St Pantelimon wine, we used to call it Loopy juice, because after a couple of bottles you acted very strangely. Yes i remember Kokkinelli. had several demijohns of that during my time there.
