Yes Joan, but a long time ago now, we moved when my hubby joined the RAF and never went back, lived abroad for nine years too, three years Cyprus, three years Holland and three years Germany. |

My hubby did some training at RAF Hereford and loved it there, I went for a long weekend I remember and we stayed in a hotel in the town and they had four courses for breakfast, I was only very young at the time and thought it was dead posh...lol... |

my uncle lives in kirkbean thats a gorg wee place but i like jedburgh and kelso i know not exactly border towns but lovely just the same i've never been to moffat i'll need to put that on my list of places to visit |

my family owned a hop farm {I fink thats wat they say} at Wellington Heath Joan ans wen A n I got married cos of unforeseen circumstance we cancelled Ireland n settled for Trumpet! we made the right choice ~ A's Aunt lived at Eastnor afore she moved to Melrose! |
