	Update 7.26am Death toll 108, 80 people in hospital with serious burns, some critical. 750 homes lost, some country towns completely devastated. Fires still burning, it's heartbreaking to watch the reports on TV. Praying that Mick and his family are ok.

	Been thinking about Mick a lot today after seeing the news reports this morning. I hope that he and nis family as well as anyone here who has family in the area stay safe and well, and I hope that the fire is stopped soon.

	Mick, I have just watched the news..I do hope you are safe ...and all your family & friends. Its pretty frighting to watch let alone be there,in the mist of it. Fingers crossed for you. Marilyn x

Son now heading to work - will be there for the duration as he deals with keeping the lines of communications open for the emergency services in Victoria. Hoping and praying all are safe and the death toll doesnt rise further

	So many of us are now very worried about Mick. It is early morning now for him. If he was still at home he would have been n touch by now. As said on another thread, he has probably been evacuated. Power lines will be down and as Teresa said it may be days before he is able to get in touch with us. At the moment, all we can do is Hope and Pray that he is safe and sound. I dont know Mick too well, but getting rather worried about him over the last 24 hours. Does he have a family? Does anyone have his address or telephone number? My heart goes out to all these folks that have lost loved ones and all their possesions. (Sp) Jenny Please get in touch Mick as soon as you can. xx www.news.com.au/breakingnews

	My fingers are crossed that Mick and his neighbours are safe. My thoughts are with all the people affected by the bush fires. Its terrible news that so many have already lost their lives. Im praying for you all.
