Morning all

I have been reading about all these famous people footballers etc.
My cousins son played for Norttingham he is Robert Lee and played for England.as well so I am told. I dont hear from that side of the family.

My husband was a keen footballer and played for Wembley. and the Momacks in the east end of London he played once against the ALL STARS one of them was John Mills. he also went for trials at Queenspark Rangers and passed but the money was only £2. 2 6p a week and we could not live on that. I still have the cards he was sent for the trials and the results. this was 1950,s

In the future someone doing family research will say I have a footballer in the family. LO

I told you I sent for four marriage certificates and each cheque was payable to GRO they sent one back telling me I had to make it payable to IPS the next day the other three certificates arrived with no problem. so now I have to send another cheque but do I send it to IPS ? it is so annoying. all the marriages were within the last 40 years and all in the same area.

I too have a couple of footballers !!!
Mark Nicholls aged about 32 now was a Chelsea apprentice same time as Jodie Morris, but didn't do quite so well. He did play, but a while back now. His Dad Roger Nicholls was Uxbridge goal keeper for many years.

Hi ,I'm Here..!

Doing a spot of decorating......but hubby will not do as I tell him. LOL

He's making me, my pelmet for my curtains and don't I know it !!!!

I want to alter its size ,but he wants to be ridged and do exactly what the book tells him....I keep telling him to be creative,but it does not work.
We are half way there, but he's not a happy bunny.........So I'm going to give him Lettuce leaves for his Lunch...LOL
