Well that has made me feel a great deal better about myself Rose............lol........good old LOTR.

I spent most of my teenage years reading it over and over again...........i always thought that made me a bit odd..........lol

oh im abnormal then iv never read them altho hubby had it on at the weekend but i nvr took much notice

Jax..........I once read the whole thing in six days....whilst hiding most of the time in the very large airing cupboard ( Mum and Dad would think I was out but I'd be holed up in the cupboard reading undisturbed ).........looking back I would be disturbed if one of my lot did that...........lol

my old copies are falling apart, so I have another for 'best' LOL... and yes I think I still have one of the quiz books also ...in a box in the garage lol :)

I only ever pick up my old copies.........a friend bought me a Deluxe copy for my 21st ( many years ago ) but I have never read it....to posh for the likes of me.........I prefer the pages with candle wax and tea dribbles on them and the odd tears stain..........lol

lol Amanda...I bet most of those tears stains are on the fnal pages....?

Stray..........it was a long time ago.........lol......I'd never get away with that behaviour these days.....always someone bleating " Muuuum " or shouting " wheres Nanny ".........I dream of those peace filled cupboard days.............lol
