Sorry to hear your anniversary meal didn't materialise Helen. What a shame. Glad you managed to catch the dancers on the BBC website. I hate missing strictly but for the next two weeks I'll most probably miss it as I am off in the morning (Monday) to visit cousin in souther Spain - now if they don't have BBC telecision I've had it although cousin does have a computer so perhaps I can beg to use it and view the dancers as you did. AND any comments I have I will have to keep to myself as I won't be on Genes to join in. Look forward to re-joining you Saturday 18th October - gosh by then I'll have pages of comments to catch up on. Take care everyone

I'd like John to stay in; although the tango was not dramatic as, say, Don's, he and his partner were so obviously enjoying himself, I thought it was a treat to watch them.

Not long got in, tonight we were putting Xmas shop in the store so I haven't see the programme, but will watch the highlights on the puter tomorrow and give you my opinions then before the show on the nighttime.

Well just watched the highlights on the SCD site, the site was playing up ( problems with stuttering of the pictures) here's my thought's on the performances.

Austin did a very good routine, kept well in time and step.

Mark showed the aggresion and temperament required.

Gary, well what can I say, he was like a piece of wood, far too static.

John seemed to be smiling too much and seemed wooden in parts.

Andrew very tentative at first but soon relaxed.

Don had a good dance, Lilia showed off his strengths.

I've left Tom till last because he was just brilliant, he gave everything to the routine and hardly made made a mistake.

i thought tom was brill, really showed of his talent! i didn enjoy watching gary and john was kinda scary when he kept grinning!!!

Well after having watched the highlights properly on tonight's show, I think I may have misjudged some of the routines. Gary was rubbish and austin (even though I love Tom) was brilliant.

last three will be Gary, John and Mark.

so it's between Gary and Mark.

Oh dear Mark nearly went then.

Gary's got to go, he has made so many mistakes.
